Even though the work culture is terrible, still there are some people especially some Tamilian friends are very helpful (in contrast to what I was told)... I guess Helpfulness is the only thing that is letting everything go in here...

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
