The company gives chances to freshers to upgrade their skillset. Supportive Managers. Discipline. Quality products Manufacturing.

Dislikes

Lack of Management. Poor Salary. Salary gets credited on 8th or 9th of every month. No increments after better performance. No job security. Very slow carrier growth for entry level positions. Work culture is not satisfying.

No point to be liked… every thing will circle back to u and no guidance to perform the work, because they actually not clear within themselves….son and father fights with each other and employees witness the same in office….they have PLI ( personal incentive) that is linked with ur KRA…and ur KRA is planned in that way that u can’t achieve that…initially 3 months of ur job they never pay ur CLI and PLI that is actually 30% of ur CTC…if u r in good books of his SON than u can get permanent work from of home either come on daily basis if u r on death bed also…...Read More
