This list is pretty lengthy 1. This company completely driven by 2 owners and the Son. 2. For each and every department they are only one. They make policies as per requirement of them only. 3. During project lots of partiality for vendor payment. The do changes in terms as per their convenience. 4. Appraisal process is pathetic.5. No point to be liked… every thing will circle back to u and no guidance to perform the work, because they actually not clear within themselves….son and father fights with each other and employees witness the same in office….they have PLI ( personal incentive) that is linked with ur KRA…and ur KRA is planned in that way that u can’t achieve that…initially 3 months of ur job they never pay ur CLI and PLI that is actually 30% of ur CTC…if u r in good books of his SON than u can get permanent work from of home either come on daily basis if u r on death bed also…...Read More

Management is horrible…no clarity on jobs and pretends that they know everything…famous dialogue “ document sign kidhar hai ji” living in 90’s era….if u r agency plz beware to work with them…there are so many agencies, still struggling to get the payments since long…
