If you are in any department except Business Development, you will have a secure job at TVS SCS. There is zero accountability expected from any departments unless you are in BD.

If you are in BD, you will be grilled non-stop day in day out for BD. But you will not be able to perform, because you will have no control on commercials, every department who makes the commercials, will keep their own cushions.. and the price will rise significantly because of that… but you will be expected to sell a Maruti at a price of a Harrier and because you will mostly fail doing so, you will be berated at all times. No Work-Life balance, No hikes, No benefits from this organization. The place I am working in is full of work-place politics where higher authorities favor their favorites and are taking control with them in other projects in which they don't have authority. No overtime is being provided as we are made to work til midnight and areexpected to be on time the next day, if we're late by even 10-15 mins we are getting unpaid for half day.
