There is lots of problems in their policies and there management is not good, culture is very bad. Job training is not given to new joinees employees and when you resign in this organization then, you didn't get fnf and reliving letter, no one respond your mail or phone, Salary is low and also no any chances given to you for career growth.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the Job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
