The place I am working in is full of work-place politics where higher authorities favor their favorites and are taking control with them in other projects in which they don't have authority. No overtime is being provided as we are made to work til midnight and areexpected to be on time the next day, if we're late by even 10-15 mins we are getting unpaid for half day.
