No work-life balance, day & night always reviews happening and only targets targets targets. No additional benefit to employee . if you’ll do good things than no one will encourage/motivate….no leadership in the company….very toxic culture…even you need to beg for leaves !

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and at late nights, as well as on my off days. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths.
