Poor work life balance, no holidays given to employees in other departments work culture is good but sales and service culture is worse. Attrition rate is so high employees are forced to work on even Sunday, Employees are being mentally harassed by immediate Bosses and supervisors in the name of review system. Employees are forced to adapt fake practices. HR’s are only for the sake of forwarding policies have got nothing to take feedback wherein they are being informed for such incidents but they keep on ignoring. No personal life, people in higher post always gives threat and wanted fake figures by fake punching, HR of the company is for hiring and firing only, Wants customer satisfaction but not employees satisfaction. Only people who do buttering gets maximum benefit even if they don't achive any target. Management is on 7th heaven doesn't work as per reality
