Every thing in TVS motor company specially 2 Wheeler service culture is very pathetic. Top level management treating and behaving like unprofessional during teams meeting. Only meeting, Excel sheet and PPT this the life in TVS motor company. No body listening and bothering their own company employee attritions and their management are preparing action plan to avoid attrition at dealer level. So pathetic. Every day there will be min 3 to 4 meetings, 10 Excel sheets, 2 to 3 ppts. There is no work life balance. Definitely after working 2 to 3 years in TVS motor this is sure that employees will earn BP, Sugar along with their salary....Read More

1. Poor work life balance, Employee always burdened with work, field person have to work even after the allocated official hours, the weekends are also occupied with work. 2. Some of the projects introduced in the field are only show off to the higher management, multiple projects running in parallel frustrates the employees due to excessive reporting of files day and night. 3.
