TVS my father worked 33 years and as of now working 34 years (including Trainee period), next my third generation my son or daughter will join together totally 100 years work going on.

The management is worst. Pure toxic work culture Full of internal politics Seniors won't allow you to grow,they make a junior fellows to quit the job. Many jealous people are there.
