It is highly politicized and corrupted environment. Pathetic performance appraisal. Only great politicians will get increment and promotion. The performers will be isolated and punished. That is why organization is performing badly.

The management is worst. Pure toxic work culture Full of internal politics Seniors won't allow you to grow,they make a junior fellows to quit the job. Many jealous people are there.
