Very tough to find out a single positive point

Dislikes

The worst company I have ever worked with. There is noting positive. I was the biggest contributor but I have never got any appreciation. The RSM of eastern region is pathetic in terms of knowledge, leadership skill, customer handling. Behavior towards employee is very bad in every lavel

Work Culture, They increase total market share very frequently without logic and targets are always high , Extra Benefits are missing for employees.

Mixed match sometimes very difficult. Big volume to handle tastes you managerial skills which is always challenging. I make sure Team is motivated and deliver the results.
