There is nothing I particularly dislike but it would have been better if the canteen food was good.

We have weekly meeting and update about our target and achievement. We have a regular concall meeting at 9am, and discussing about daily target and previous achievement and focusing on any new scheme and products.

As of now I didn't feel any inconvenience about the roll and the management.

There is no culture in the company, everyone follows instruction of one person in aftermarket without even questioning or discussing whether its right or wrong. The company pay policy is poor and the quality of staff is poor too. The attrition rate is very high and the employees who are still in the company are there because they are not getting any opportunity. The only good thing about the organisation is it's product range that the R&D and Production team has come up with. Tyres are high performance and technically sound that can compete with world class brands.

Toxic work culture at its core. Exports Head is an immature guy with non relevant experience who wants to drive the business as he is pleased.
