Not good culture in TUV Sud South Asia Pvt Ltd certification Mumbai office. Very unplanned work culture and tremendous internal clashes, specially regional certification manager and branch manager are very poor in work quality, poor leadership, poor knowledge and understanding, full day time p ass and politics nature</mark>. Very irresponsible behaviour. Overall Communication and communication with team members is very worst. Almost all team are frustrated with regional certification manager and most of previous employees are left because of her. Every employee gives same kind of feedback. I worked 1year and 6 months in a Finance department here, joining TUV was the biggest mistake of my life. Management is worst. Don't think of work life balance here. Only work, no life. In month end we use to work till 2am for 3-4 days. Workload is heavy. Very rude. It's a German MNC but environment is worst than local factory. This is the only view of Finance Department other dept. are okay. Only plus point is you will get your salary on 28th of every month...Read More
