Some of the senior staff members are helpful, like Dr Ratnarakshit. Dr Gorav despite being busy and the head will always be available to guide you if you work hard. A variety of patients for the much needed exposure and good infrastructure.

Dislikes

1. The salary is extremely unsatisfactory. 2. Consistent shuffling of counsellors. 3. The Old staff specifically in psychologists team are not really helpful except for one. They rather are involved in politics, ill-talking about others. The worst part is the management takes no feedback about the same or if someone complains they do not pay heed to the same.
