Nothing much like dislike, but company is little bit conservative in selection process except south indians.

Pros : You will get trained even zero experience. Flexible timings (TIMB & CTC) Training through IIIC team- Appreciated. Easily u will get loan.

Cons : No benefits apart from salary. Really Culture is very different you will never see like this. Uncivilized canteen culture. No systematic approach. Still company people mindset in 1995. Still Using MS Excel 2003.
