Assistant Manager - OSP

Role & responsibilities

• PO Creation, arranging vehicle through logistics and sending materials to outside for processing like machining, fabrication, HT and special process.
• Responsible for supplier selection with existing source and developing new suppliers (If capacity constrain with existing supplier / for new requirement)
• Responsible for regular follow ups / process wise monitoring and in-warding materials to meet SGL production plan (OTD)
• OSP Cost reduction - considering the existing prices/ costing price/ estimation price / negotiation skills
• Responsible for supplier audit / maintaining proper documents for stock/ pending orders. Ensure timely moving the bills to finance / payments to suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having exposure to Vendor Management (Processes like Machining, Fabrication, HT & Special Processes) and New vendor development.
