Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Security Manager to oversee and enhance the organization's IT security posture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, ERP, and MES systems, along with significant experience in managing and improving IT security programs. This role requires hands-on experience with ISO 27001 implementation and a strategic approach to securing the organizations technology environment. Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Security Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT security strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring security protocols cover IT infrastructure, applications, ERP, MES, and other critical systems.
• Security Governance: Oversee the security governance framework, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
• ISO 27001 Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). Drive the certification process and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential security risks across IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect sensitive data and ensure business continuity.
• Incident Management: Develop and manage incident response protocols for identifying, responding to, and mitigating security incidents. Lead post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Vulnerability Management: Manage vulnerability assessments, ensuring timely remediation of identified security weaknesses within the IT infrastructure, applications, and other systems.
• Security Awareness: Foster a culture of security within the organization by leading training and awareness programs for employees at all levels, educating them on security best practices and threat prevention.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international security regulations and standards. Prepare for and manage audits, both internal and external, related to IT security and privacy.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors security practices to ensure their alignment with organizational security requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in IT security and incorporate improvements into the organizations security posture.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT security management, with a focus on IT infrastructure, applications, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in ISO 27001 implementation, with the ability to manage end-to-end certification and audits.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and standards such as NIST, CIS, GDPR, and others.
• Hands-on experience with IT security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus, encryption, and identity and access management solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage security incidents, risk assessments, and vulnerability management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working in the semiconductor or electronics industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud security, network security, and application security concepts.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer are highly preferred.
