Work is good everyday new learning . Place is clean

Dislikes

Work environment is toxic. Staffs here talk behind the back , gossips and play dirty politics. It will destroy your confidence eventually you quit because there is no other choice as Management doesn't have any idea about it.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
