The so called director for ARC team is worst, he gets annoyed if you leave on time.. even if you don't have any work too you should extend 2 hours by simply sitting or you will be given someone else's work.. no matter how accurate you are the director is never happy with your work, always taunting... the assistant manager is a copy of the director the leaders are not fit to be leaders. The moment you take out your phone.. the manager comes to you and starts asking silly questions. I would not suggest anyone to join here especially the ARC team you will lose your mind for sure. The director cant complete a sentence without making 2 or3 verbal mistakes. Nothing to learn here all they do is adjust and close the matter they fool the clients, the clients have trust in the partners and the legacy of TSMT but the ARC director is destroying it by adjusting everything and closing the Audits and books....Read More

I joined this company only because I want to relocate to Bangalore otherwise I would not have opted to go there. I had planned to leave this company in one year but due to health concern I left in 9 months which I shared with HR team during my exit interview. HR team was really supportive there, this is the only plus point.

This rating is only because of the reporting manager, who was in director position, but he did not carry that attitude and personality to be a director. He can not even speak a single line with confidence & without doing a grammatical mistake & stammering while doing presentation (where he judged others). His behaviour showed that how pathetic career experience he had carried which he implied here. He never planned anything in work/task and habit of always interrupting in middle of doing the work & asked to change the task. He did not know how to handle a team (really shocking) and always pushing the deadline to the last moment because of poor planning, always asked to stayed late in office to justify your role, I mean seriously. He bullied new-joiners also with his chela-chapati like he was still in college (My God I got shocked to see this level of behaviour when I joined there at this experience) and because of this culture was really spoiled. I had seen where he imposed task to new-joiner for handover by himself because he was busy and due to this that new-joiner left the very next day. He always got stuck with only ONE client (hahahahaha) activity. This office seems like coaching centre. There is badly need of middle manager who can handle a team in better way because he was not capable of handle a team of 40-50 employees and due to this attrition rate alongwith absconding was really high. I had worked with really inspiring seniors & team members in my previous companies (with whom I am still in-touch with them), where I had learned alot both professional & personal level & for that I will always grateful but this company was horrible....Read More
