I have worked in quite a few companies over the years, and I have to say, the enthusiasm to make the workplace a better environment is a rare occurrence. The CEOs are actively present and approachable, the manager takes incredible initiative to assist the designers, and ensure that an actual work-life balance is maintained. Yes, sometimes we work well past the allocated time, but here, it is discouraged! I've been here around three months, so my opinion might be jaded, but never have I had such an excellent experience. The processes are still developing, but in this beta stage, they are leaps and bounds above the others in the market, and we have direct input into their development. The projects we gain here are clean leads, and it's been a while since I had fun talking to clients and taking them through the journey. However, yes, modular companies seem to be stalled in terms of what they can offer, but truww goes above and beyond to ensure that the clients get what they need, within reasonable boundaries.
