1. Canteen food is top notch with minimal menu. 2. Timely salary disburbal by HR Team. 3. Decent Diwali Bonus.. 4. HR guy Sidharth is really cool with lots of patience.

Dislikes

A family owned private limited company with more than 5 advisors acts as Owners of the company. No professionalism, no work ethique, no morale. Real owners are good but the advisors are worst in behaviour. All Advisors and some other team members are good. Rest need to improve.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple work and that helped me get a taste of whole production role within the same team.
