They will plan their work only after your resignation and implement good strategies after you resign. Till then region issue will be yours only... Management is not good , in institutional division the senior person like GM, AGM is everything in this Division and BE/BM/RBM even ZBM/SM also nothing. If you achieving more than 100% budget then your increment is same as non achiever. And you forget for your promotion even you are 4-5 YEAR continuous achiever.
