BEING FROM THE OLD SCHOOL THINKING I PREFER TO FIND SOLACE AND SATISFACTION IN WHAT I HAVE RATHER THAN COMPARE WITH SOMETHING OUTSIDE MY CIRCLE, COZ NEEDS AND WANTS ARE INFINITE, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A BETTER OPPERTUNITY. THERE IS ALOT MORE REFURBISHMENT NEEDED AND WE ARE WORKING ON IT. LOYALTY NEEDS TO BE APPRECIATED AND REWARDED AS MUCH AS YOU WELCOME NEW TALENT ONBOARD.

We got a place for work at washroom area and it was impacted for my health hence i switch the job .I told several time to shift a department at good place because good working place is matter for health no one listened .

There is Nothing Which i dislike about Tripjack yes but there are some suggestions which i can share from my past experience 1) If the Family of the Employee Is Secured by Medical Insurance ( Immediate Family ) which helps the employee and be more focused and helps in Critical situations to arrange for funds 2) Most of the Employeeswill be having Some or the other Loans Going on ( Home Loan / Personal Loan) and if we can get the salary on the last working day of the month that will ease their tension 3) If we Increase our Share on PF which help to Save More and also will help in Tax...Read More
