Since I was in the hotel operations team, it was all well and good, Atleast related to work.
Dislikes
HR or probably higher management has made some useless rules, like there is a sandwich rule which says u can't take off on both Fri and mon, and all the breaks are measured which is actually too much. Rather than looking at the work efficiency they are looking at how long you work, which is stupid, all the cons are majorly related to HR
