Plz don't opt for this company. Forget abt acknowledgement, there is no satisfaction for your performance. Till time you adjust and available in any odd times, they keep on pressurizing with work loads. Once you raise voice for yourself, you are worst employee and manipulative also. There is lots of favorism. If have God father in this company (higher mgmt referral), they will tolerate, even if you don't work. However once you start growing independent (without any referral), you are screwed up. And mgmt doesn't want to listen 'no', at any cost. Salary, work life balance etc are all in dreams here. Favorite, least salary, hierarchy politics, no work life balance. If you don't work and just become conformist, they will retail you at any cost. This is not the place for true and honest career aspirants.

Screwed up, no benefits at all. Not even sick leaves. They will dump you with lots of work. And sugar coat with opportunity, learning etc.

One gets a good opportunity to work on latest technologies along with collaboration with strong resource pool who really are expert in their own area. People here believe in Learning and Sharing and they are really helpful in each and every stage of your carrier.

Dislikes

We get a good compensation for our work but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes 14-16 hours of work straight in a day as we have to attend client calls at late night. Also the company doesn't have any policy to benefit employees in COVID like pandemic situation, we are not really getting any thing extra in terms of money, facility, special leaves etc. unlike other companies.

Good work environment and culture. The management is really supportive and transparent. Appraisals are great and on merit. You get flexible working hours and all the company policies are fair. Overall a great place to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good. Though company is growing really fast but there should be enough resources to get the work done. Most of the time you have to stretch past work hours (Good point is they give you good hike to compensate long working hours)

The most valued quality of a company these days is the job security and job satisfaction. Trinamix excels in both, plus the the work culture is supportive in nature unlike many others which Excel in job security and satisfaction. The quality I personally like is the transparency in appraisal process, which is clean and doesn't seem to bias in any sense.

Dislikes

Only thing I can think of is, there should be Incentive given by company over the package like most multinationals, not as Variable Pay Incentive which got deducted from my own monthly salary and is paid yearly. Even when my performance is better than most, the VPI I'd recieve (some % bonus)is what I'd have got in as interest in bank or as a fixed deposit. It's no where what I'd expect as a good performance bonus. Just to quote, one of my the companies I'd worked with used to pay bonus over the package and a gold coin, which looks good as appreciation. Working with Trinamix is cool. We can reach out to anyone in company for any help required. People are open minded and ready to help. Designations does not come in middle of knowledger sharing. Its employee Oriented company. People in top management are really keen to make it better a working expereince.

Work-life balance is a key issue. Deserving people does not get carrier growths. Retaining human wealth is misisng .
