Desi lala company in terms of working style and culture. Too much of micromanagement, no appraisal/increment on time/guarantee. Salaries were always late and everything was unpredictable there i.e salary deduction, late reimbursement of expenses, unnecessary deductions, no increment/promotion to people who were disliked by management/ CEO. No value of degree/experience.

Why recruiting through Takshashila if they will be shunt out within 2-3 months without any reason. So bad culture. I will never prefer anyone to join Trident as they demotivate people and culture is Toxic. HOD's are self centric not employee Centric. Recruiting through Takshashila is only getting Money from Government.

Trident group is full of fraud company. They hire good people in the name of Takshashila program and people Trapped on high salary. Before joining, they will not tell you anything, once you join and then you will see all the rules and they will tell you like - 1) Personal SIM are not allowed.If you mistakenly took SIM card to your mobile it will take 2 months. 2) If there is duty in shifts before 1/2 hr will be come . Even 1 minute late will give 1/2 day salary deduction. 3) No work life balance policy. He will call you anytime even at 2 o'clock in the night. 3)you take only 2 CL in 3 months & apply Sl compulsory provided medical certificate. 4) In a month compulsory to work 23 days, Neglect weekly off. 5) There is time to come but there is no time to go. 6) If you have a desk job, you will not have to leave your desk and if you have site work, you will not have to sit. 7) There is no respect for employees. Chairman RG has Bitten & say abuse words. 8) Most important things for which people join, the salary received for first 3 months till 10th of month and then 15th to 25th. There is no fixed date. Now, whatever people are taking through *Taxashila* is just to show off to the government and to get employment subsidy from the government. And this is only a short term job of 6 months...Read More

Nothing, terrible work culture, treats their employees like good for nothing, no training is provided, heavy work loads , employees are expected to be available 24 hours, have to work even on Sundays and holidays, no support from seniors, worker category are treated like cattle who actually get abused for their mistakes

Everything- the work culture, work life balance, the way they treat their employees, no planning is done , every work is considered urgent thus creates pressure on employees to work even after working hours, have to work on holidays also, can't bring your own food have to eat in canteen only, no training for work, no guidance from seniors

Nothing much. Just a good amount of learning as - there is no defined boundry of your work, if you really want - you can excel (and ms excel is blocked btw in the company, freaking weird 😂)

Bad workplace overall for mental well-being. They think they are overpaying there employees and that is the biggest red flag. When the organization says explicitly this, means there is something wrong with their mindset and the fact is - they are not overpaying, its equal as per other industry leading companies. Also, the culture isreally really bad - Saturdays are working, you will have to stay 9 to 9 with strict timelines. Promoter is a good guy but other than him, senior management and the board of directors are filled qith weird psychological different people. It feels like they are running company just to enjoy - like big boss show or anything like that 😂, there is so much restriction on your work you cannot do your work but they enjoy making employee wonder here and there and identify ways to bypass their systems. There are no JDs or defined boundaries for your role - again a red flag. No proper SOD for such a organization. No rules for emailing, anyone can email anyone regardless of agenda, promoting wars on emails without proper outcome. They like employees fighting with each other...Read More

Nothing is good in trident. I went into depression within 2 weeks of joining the organization. This organization is a torture. Please don't trust the recruiters of this organization. Most of th educated folks leave the organization in less than 3 months time. You can check this yourself by checking their job postings over social media and job portals. They're always hiring. They just hired 500 freshers from takshashila at 12 LPA. Why such a small organization need to hire 500 freshers at once? Because experienced people are not staying. The worst nightmare of this organization is the HR department. Even I have seen the CHRO Pooja luthra abusing, shouting and insulting people. If the HR head is like this, what can you expect from the organization? Don't join this organization for the hefty package. You will regret this sooner or later and it will be too late....Read More

Nothing, just that pay is decent but only in the starting. No yearly appraisals, only raise you going to get is when you get a promotion. That's also difficult to get if you are hard working, if you're good at licking boots then this is the right organisation for you.

Typical Lala company, living in 1980's. The chairman thinks he owns everyone and you might get physically assaulted and beaten up. No skill growth, no clear job roles & responsibilities. A significant part of day is spent in playing the blame game and saving own self. If you're lucky your manager might save you from all this, but that's very rare. Zero job security, anyone can get fired and beaten up at any time, it can be an operator or a plant head. HR department is a joke, just a puppet of Lala....Read More
