Senior Employees target junior employees So behavior of senior is very crude. Work culture is zero . Local politics is very high. The hiring process is very lengthy and sometimes frustrating as well. The rules and regulations are very strict and there is no flexibility in timings. Candidates are required to follow the same steps multiple times during onboarding.

Why recruiting through Takshashila if they will be shunt out within 2-3 months without any reason. So bad culture. I will never prefer anyone to join Trident as they demotivate people and culture is Toxic. HOD's are self centric not employee Centric.
