Poor working environment, zero work life balance , 8 hours shift goes beyond 13-14 hours. Management is very poor, everyone is doing work in there ego's , total lala cuture, zero professional approach. Every one is trying to safe there job since of good salary no textile industry pay you life trident.

The hiring process is very lengthy and sometimes frustrating as well. The rules and regulations are very strict and there is no flexibility in timings. Candidates are required to follow the same steps multiple times during onboarding.

Why recruiting through Takshashila if they will be shunt out within 2-3 months without any reason. So bad culture. I will never prefer anyone to join Trident as they demotivate people and culture is Toxic. HOD's are self centric not employee Centric.
