Why recruiting through Takshashila if they will be shunt out within 2-3 months without any reason. So bad culture. I will never prefer anyone to join Trident as they demotivate people and culture is Toxic. HOD's are self centric not employee Centric. Totally systematic failure in terms of taking care of the employee, they just want to buy you by giving XYZ package and then will claim every hour of your life, no independence neither in personnel life nor at the style of doing work. No rules or structure just one person dictates what to do and that too based on his mood
