1) Some of the client exposure is great for learning 2) Monthly team outing budget
1) Forced Employee Team Building 2) Non supportive, rude and pathetic team leads (Vice President) 3) Clocking in 16 hours daily 4) Working on weekends 5) Working and attending meeting when you have taken leave and informed way in advance 6) You won't get promotion or appraisal if you dont get into office politics. Not at all based on your performance.

The overall company culture is good. Keeps one going with the hectic schedule.
Since they pay a lot, they make you wirk a lot as well. There is minimum work life balance.

Pros: * Company Culture is pretty good, they spend a lot to keep you engage in various hobbies/activities * Pay is high when compared with others, depends on department * Growth is again depends on which department you're working for
Cons: * No work-life balance * No overtime payments * Only few departments have growth, learning curve & attractive CTC while they neglect other departments * They keep changing hierarchy structure & policies * Unnecessary strict compliance policies

Good interiors of office (The only genuinely good thing about TresVista) Good salary package (just on paper) Recreation/Play room (which is a joke actually)
The review is going to be long. The reason behind me explaining so much in this review is not out of rage or revenge of any kind. It is only to share some insights of working at TresVista so that you can take an informed decision whether or not you should join this company. And to not make a mistake like I did. So here it goes: I still wonder about the day when TresVista had sent me the offer letter. I was so happy with the package they were offering. Simply because of this, without doing any research on the company's work culture. I simply accepted and joined the company on the mentioned date. I still wish to go back in the time and stop myself from doing it. I wish I could imbibe some knowledge or wisdom into me and help me understand that couple of lakhs of salaries far far better than sacrificing your respect, life, sleep, your dignity, your health and whatever life you have outside of your work. Also, one important thing everyone needs to note is that the offer letter which you receive do not guarantee your employment at TresVista. Rather, just one week before joining, the HR will send you study material and inform you that you will have to undergo a technical/financial exam as soon as you join TresVista. If you fail to surpass the cut off, you will be asked to leave the company. So don't be happy and relieved, because offer letter is not ultimate guarantee of employment, but rather passing the exam is your ultimate guarantee of employment at TresVista (This exam is different from the general HR and compliance tests.) Official work time is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Actual work time is 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The average work time is 13 to 14 hours daily. And the company is very strict about punctuality. You won't be allowed to enter beyond 9:00 AM more than few times. And on the other hand, if you even try to wrap up your work and leave at 6:00 PM, people will look at you as if you are committing any kind of crime. None of the employees are happy at TresVista. Many of them leave the company during probation itself. Some employees who have any type of condition or financial problems, only they stay here for more than one year. Apparently, you cannot even get in touch with the current employees via linkedin to understand how their experience is at TresVista, because Tresvista does not allow their employees to update their linkedin profile to show that they are working at Tresvista (If you want a proof of this, go to linkedin and search for TresVista employees. you will hardly see 70 to 80 results, whereas the company has more than 1200 employees according to their website as well). I had asked one of the senior vice president about this linkedin rule, and he replied, it's done to protect their client's interest. I found this response so illogical that I soon understood that there was no point discussing and wasting my time about it with him. But now that I connect the dots, it's pretty clear that TresVista has this rule, so that no one can connect with the existing employees and ask about their experience at the company. Because even the company knows that no one is going to give a positive feedback. Moreover, if you have received the offer letter, you will notice that a big chunk of the package consists of a variable component If you are thinking that you will receive complete 100 % of the variable component, you cannot be more wrong, my friend! TresVista has a rating mechanism during performance appraisal. If you are rated 1 or 2 you do not get the bonus at all. If you are rated 3 you will get only 10% of the bonus if you are rated 4, you will get only 60% of the bonus. If you are rated 5 you will get 100% of the bonus. So basically let's say if your salary is 10 lakhs, out of this 7 lakhs will be fixed and 3 lakhs will be variable component. If you get 1or 2 rating, your effective salary will be 7 lakhs only. If you get a rating of 3, your salary is effectively 7.70 lakhs only. If you get rating of 4, your salary will be effectively 8.80 lakhs. And only if you get rating of 5 (which is next to impossible) then only your salary will be complete 10 lakhs. sorry to bust your bubble, but this is the reality of TresVista's "on paper" pay salary package. Talking about how seniors treat you - the seniors here do not have a life outside work. Like literally! Therefore, since they do not have any life outside of work, they expect you to also follow the same footsteps and have zero work life balance. It's all work and no life. The only little life that you will get is on weekends, which at time is hampered through over workload as well. Besides this, the seniors here will treat you so badly that they will make sure you leave your self respect outside the door before you enter the office space. All of them are highly unprofessional, and if you are unlucky, you will be put under some of the worst VPs (team leads) here who will give you a depression for sure. These VPs have their own set of rules regarding work from home, work execution, timeline, reimbursements, etc, which are even worse than the company policies. Micromanagement is at peak at TresVista. The seniors micromanage the subordinate so much as if their school going kids. \ The employees here are not treated as employees, but rather as a machines. And therefore, one has to also record in the ERP system at the end of the day - how much work, what kind of work and the time taken to complete that specific task. This is known as "time-tracker" at TresVista. This makes up a major component during performance appraisal. And if you think you can add any tasks here to increase the time you input in this time tracker, that's not possible because of the micromanagement as mentioned earlier. I'm pretty sure that whatever 3 or 4 star or 5 star reviews this company has received by now, all of them are fake and inputted by the company's HR team only. The recreation room is a joke here. It's so small for so many employees that you wont get any chance to utilise any of the facilities here. Surprisingly, the office also has a sleeping room. Lol, amid all the heavy workload, if you, by any chance, get time to use the sleeping room, you will have to hear the taunts about it from your senior for whatever remaining time you have at this company. Same goes for whatever activities HR conducts for the company. Which is again meaningless, since the workload is so much and the VPs and the team leaders are so bad that none of them will let you go and attend any of these activities. Talking about the workload - The workload is insanely massive here. Because TresVista charges a lot from its clients, the clients do not let employees have a peaceful day at work. Project after project, work after work, it keeps on going. The quality of work is also very bad. Basically, the client outsource to TresVista whatever bad quality work is there, which the client doesn't feel like doing it himself or herself. And even if, by chance, the client is understanding, but your team's vice president will make sure that you do not sit idle, even for one minute. The vice president will keep on demanding ridiculous, meaningless work from you, just because you are free for that one hour to one minute. The attrition rate at TresVista is more than 50%. According to industry standards, a bad attrition rate is considered as 25%. LOL. The company's website shows in bold format and highlights everywhere possible that it is a "Great Place To Work" certified. Probably I should have taken a guess then only that a company who actually has a great work culture doesn't need to highlight this "paid" fake certification everywhere. Overall, I would just like to say - I made a huge mistake by joining TresVista. I hope none of you readers make the same mistake like I did. Hope you make an informed decision and do what is right for your life and your career and your mental health....Read More

Worked as a Year 2 Associate.Terrible working policies. Should be the last option to consider. Too much of stringent policies with no flexibility. Long working hours. No work life balance at all. Least skilled management. The founder and CEO are the policy makers. The ball is always in their court. They have laid off people without prior notice. Truly a discouraging and pathetic organization to work with...Read More
