Good learning on an Analyst and Associate level. However, learning experience depends on the clients one gets. Open culture and policy changes are frequent to constantly improve the experience. There are several hobby and interest clubs as well to pursue.

Work life balance is average. Learning can be stagnant since it depends a lot on client requests.

My team was good at helping each others. Also relations with the other department teams was good and they also supportive in nature. Another plus point is being a software developer you got less coding work and more maintenance and support work so you can focus on your gaming skills with company's x-box or ps4.

Dislikes

The policy of working here is very hectic, everyone has to follow the strict compliance rules. Lots of politics are there, you only get promoted or rewarded until you do have good relations with your most seniors members of company. The software developers never gets promotion till they complete 3-4 yrs in company while other department employees they do have fast track promotion policy.

No Work-Life balance. They hire bachelor candidates from other locations (Not office locations), who can stay far from their families, so that the company can make them work for 18-20 hours. They straight forward say 'What will you be doing after going home, you don't stay with your family, so complete the work and then go home'.

NO pros but number of cons please read it carefully all detailed info is given regarding CTC and how this compnay is fooling and inflating ctc

Think twice before joining this organization if you have another offer take that even if need to compromise with the pay. At least your job will be secure and you will have peace of mind 2) The pay mentioned in the offer letter is a BIG SCAM. Around 25-30% of CTC is variable component which is dependent on your performance and rating and if you receive rating of 2 you lose the whole amt. 3)relocation amt is a big scam: for analyst role they give rs40000 but if you leave the organization within 1 year you need to bear the whole amt well in this organization most of the employees are asked to leave within 1 month if their performance is not at par so you end up covering all the relocation amt all by yourself. USE YOUR RELOCATION AMT WISELY. It is included in your CTC which is unusal and inflates your overall CTC 4)strict timings: from 9 am to 6 pm you would be considered late if you arrive at 9:01 am 5)now coming to manager and senior authorities the whole organization favours favoritism 6) it is not even the work pressure the senior authorities are full of arrogance. The culture, various policies. Prioritising certain department over other internal departments. The appraisal process is not upto the mark. If you get a bad manager, then it's bad luck since nobody pays heed to that and you have to struggle.

Company is good but their salary structure is very bad. Performance bonus is almost 25% - 30% of your salary but you will only get 25% of total bonus mentioned in your CTC. There is no concept of work life balance, it depends upon manager. The company has moved average to worse in working style.
