Good learning on an Analyst and Associate level. However, learning experience depends on the clients one gets. Open culture and policy changes are frequent to constantly improve the experience. There are several hobby and interest clubs as well to pursue.

Overall company is really good except HR team.

Dislikes

The higher management (EVP & above) in Talent acquisition/HR team is worst, they would want you to run behind and praise them all the time like a pet even if they are not correct. They won't stay on their own words, won't give you anything in written and will change their words if any escalation is there. Being biased and not valuing people is in their nature. Company is good but their salary structure is very bad. Performance bonus is almost 25% - 30% of your salary but you will only get 25% of total bonus mentioned in your CTC. There is no concept of work life balance, it depends upon manager. The company has moved average to worse in working style.
