Tresvista is one of the most toxic companies to work for in the industry, not just in terms of exploitation of employees but also in terms of bias. Firstly there is no job security here, a small mail from the client about just an improvement point will lead to management giving you warning letter, and once given they will make sure that you suffer so much on a daily basis that you will yourself have no other choice than leaving the firm. More so the company has explicit policy of saying employees tata goodbye in the name of role completion which means once you have served the tenure for your role and if you're not one of those who will be licking the shoes of their VP you will be asked to leave. The management here is no less than L&T and Infosys. One of the owners clearly declared in firmwide meeting that he expects everyone to work for more than shift timings as this is not a government organization. There are lots of VP's in this company who literally make their team members life hell in every way possible. Abhishek Bose one of the VP's is the pinnacle of it. He will never help his team mates when they ask any query, but throughout the day in every one hour he will ask for updates if the work got completed. Even before one task gets completed he will handover other multiple task and ask about the completion status for those regularly. Then at the end of the day at 6 pm he will come and start checking all the work and will expect everyone to sit with him till midnight to complete the work. Even if you have completed your part well he will not allow you to leave and will burden you with additional work at that time. In case you decide to go home he will call you on teams and will not leave you till 12 am. There are hundreds of days when he will be suddenly calling you without even asking at 12 am in the night asking for a basic query and next days workflow which can be easily asked the next day in office. This guy has literally killed so many young employees and has finished their careers by making people work like animals in poultry farm, leaving them with medical issues. On top of that the higher management even after knowing all these never stopped him from doing so as they themselves are only concerned with revenue generation and getting promoted themselves at the cost of team members. His manager kaustubh mittal is the worst manager any company can ever have in this universe who not just exploits young team members but also damages them from within. This company hires people from all over the country and makes them live right opposite the office to make sure that they can make them work endlessly and anytime. Company is good but their salary structure is very bad. Performance bonus is almost 25% - 30% of your salary but you will only get 25% of total bonus mentioned in your CTC. There is no concept of work life balance, it depends upon manager. The company has moved average to worse in working style.
