Everyone comes to work in Tata Trent with good intentions but they do something wrong. Senior people at the workplace talk rudely and threaten to fire them and talk about blocking them from the Tata group. And they create such an environment at the workplace that they have to leave their job.

Unwanted Over work, unwanted Over time, Superior are not supportive at all, policy are not made by company, made my some superior who think that they owns the company. Worst experience in Trent limited specially in Zudio.

Over time As per designation employee should work, one employee can't work with multiple designation.

It's good to work with tata group because it doesn't give the work pressure but also maintains the work life balance, so that you can focus on other things as well after your job.

Dislikes

Everything has its own pros and cons. Nobody is perfect. But in Tata's matter, there's one dislike that there's always policies and SOPs you have to follow. If you helped anyone beyond going the SOP, then you are wrong.

New thing to learn on daily basis if you are a learner. For experience people they will use till they want and remove you when they don't bu saying we are very ethnical and process should be followed always. That is a loo fall to shake people.

Management will take the input and use that as a weapon with the help of HR and their POsH team so call. same was with teh Old 3 Managers worked in the same place after working 18 months.

Timing is pathetic.my average working our 13hour in Z254. Only one department manager I was there. Store manager is not available all time I have seen in 2 yrs So I have more pressure Posh policy is not good, all time boys are servibe, girls fault not seen by team,boys given resign by forcefully of posh team all time

New people with no experience get more package but the internal people who are giving their best never get that respective package growth. No doubt for great learnings & you also get to explore what an individual interest is but the growth is very slow
