Everything. Full management system is like hell. Starting from HO to manager all are disgusting. HO hire Lounge Manager who doesn't have knowledge about hospitality or hotel industry & she dancing everyones head like she made hotel industry. In busy time she will never be there for others help. She is a disaster in the name of Lounge Manager.

There's a lot of scope for learning and growing in my career. There are fixes processes in place which makes it easier to handle work. There is a good chance for getting to work in another state as TFS is operating in multiple states in Inida. The team is well coordinated and easy to get in contact with.

Dislikes

Because of the fixed process, sometimes it becomes difficult to get somethings done faster. Otherwise everything is okay.
