The only benefit of working with TFS @ Bangalore is that you'll be working at a International Airport where you might meet multiple personalities every day.

This company has been the worst employer so far in my 7 year career: 1. They have so many hidden HR policies which they will never tell you. 2. If you don't take your leaves and work with all your heart then they will lapse all your leaves in a year. 3. If you resign from the company and have some leaves in hand- they will lapse it again and say we don't encash any leaves. My leaves worth 42k were lapsed. 4. You need to spend for flight tickets and local travel from your own pocket irrespective of any limit. This amount will be reimbursed after 30-45 days in your bank account. I used to spend my entire salary for local travel due to job description. 5. They will give you used uniform and deduct it from your salary. 5k deducted from my salary. 6. Culture is worst in terms of QA- Sanjeev Mishra (Con guy and an escapist). 7. Politics driven from HO (Mumbai). 8. There are no working hours for QA. You need to stretch for 12 hours or more almost everyday being a manager....Read More

You got your salary on time it's very appreciated...and the company was good but not Kolkata management

The management of Kolkata airport, specially the lounge manager.... theirs work culture was so poor...They don't know what is the professional behaviour....and I don't why she became a lounge manager who didn't know about food and services...it's very pathetic

There's a lot of scope for learning and growing in my career. There are fixes processes in place which makes it easier to handle work. There is a good chance for getting to work in another state as TFS is operating in multiple states in Inida. The team is well coordinated and easy to get in contact with.

Dislikes

Because of the fixed process, sometimes it becomes difficult to get somethings done faster. Otherwise everything is okay.
