It is the best place to work for newcomers in the F&B industry since they (Tfs) is the lot more in classroom and on job training. A rich place to work and every traveller is your customer so in serving the travellers you get appreciation and recognition. Many of travellers are very frequent to the airport and if they find you best at the airport for ambience and service, you get appreciated comments and tips in terms of money and over of all other things you get a good connection. Dislikes

There is nothing as such to dislike, but the work area is inside the airport SHA area and every day it is a big hassle to cross the high security hold area with you all check-in process. Tfs has mixed and merged culture and people associated with it are quite optimistic and progressive.

Work Details

Initially I was appointed to the Service department as a Hostess, but eventually, I got a good jump to HR Department being a student of IMT HR program. I did almost all kind of work in service and HR, so well know about its culture in the service departme
