There is nothing as such to dislike, but the work area is inside the airport SHA area and every day it is a big hassle to cross the high security hold area with you all check-in process. Tfs has mixed and merged culture and people associated with it are quite optimistic and progressive.

The management of Kolkata airport, specially the lounge manager.... theirs work culture was so poor...They don't know what is the professional behaviour....and I don't why she became a lounge manager who didn't know about food and services...it's very pathetic

Same problem in all works pleace. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.there is a bond of one month you cannot resign short notice period cut salary deduction.

The only benefit of working with TFS @ Bangalore is that you'll be working at a International Airport where you might meet multiple personalities every day.

They will give you used uniform and deduct it from your salary. 5k deducted from my salary. 6. Culture is worst in terms of QA- Sanjeev Mishra (Con guy and an escapist). 7. Politics driven from HO (Mumbai). 8. There are no working hours for QA. You need to stretch for 12 hours or more almost everyday being a manager.
