Total disagree, kitchen department old employee are politics with New joiners . Old employee commi level and senior commi level are rough behave with senior new joined dcdp or new comer . CDP level are totally foul, they does not done there duty properly. Only round and round international to domestic lounge. They not ensure and responsibilities there duty. Some old or senior staff do not take his lunch in cafeteria, they make his own food in DL lounge, food court, INT lounge, etc . And they suggest me that I am also do the same things ....Read More

You got your salary on time it's very appreciated...and the company was good but not Kolkata management

The management of Kolkata airport, specially the lounge manager.... theirs work culture was so poor...They don't know what is the professional behaviour....and I don't why she became a lounge manager who didn't know about food and services...it's very pathetic

There's a lot of scope for learning and growing in my career. There are fixes processes in place which makes it easier to handle work. There is a good chance for getting to work in another state as TFS is operating in multiple states in Inida. The team is well coordinated and easy to get in contact with.

Dislikes

Because of the fixed process, sometimes it becomes difficult to get somethings done faster. Otherwise everything is okay.
