First of all Tbo is a big brand. Work culture is also good. Best thing is that they donot put pressure on their employees which is a very good thing. Wide range of product portfolio they have.

Poor payout , also the organisation payday needs to be preponed for now payday is 7th There are people in the organisation working for over 10 yrs at the same position FNF process is horrifying to say the least Hr won't bother replying emails or calls for months

If you are getting hired in Akshat Verma's team, RUN. I bet you run. He is a toxic leader, doesn't listen to anyone or any suggestion you provide, he wants things in this own way ONLY. Micromanages, promotes and pushes you to work on every weekends, late nights, on vacations and even on festive and national holidays. There will be absolutely no work life balance. This company is basically a Lala company. I’m not sure about other departments but managers in finance don’t even have basic skills to be a manager. Lacks professionalism! Senior manager doesn’t even know how things work in the process. So much micromanaging that affects the efficiency of work and mental health of the employees.
