This company is basically a Lala company. I’m not sure about other departments but managers in finance don’t even have basic skills to be a manager. Lacks professionalism! Senior manager doesn’t even know how things work in the process. So much micromanaging that affects the efficiency of work and mental health of the employees. Learning is good for freshers but after 1-2 years its a high time to move ahead. Company culture is not at all advance, poor work environment its difficult to manage here if you come from any big MNC.

If you are getting hired in Akshat Verma's team, RUN. I bet you run. He is a toxic leader, doesn't listen to anyone or any suggestion you provide, he wants things in this own way ONLY. Micromanages, promotes and pushes you to work on every weekends, late nights, on vacations and even on festive and national holidays. There will be absolutely no work life balance.
