First of all Tbo is a big brand. Work culture is also good. Best thing is that they donot put pressure on their employees which is a very good thing. Wide range of product portfolio they have.

Except for the corporate politics, i didn't disliked any thing in tbo.

If you are getting hired in Akshat Verma's team, RUN. I bet you run. He is a toxic leader, doesn't listen to anyone or any suggestion you provide, he wants things in this own way ONLY. Micromanages, promotes and pushes you to work on every weekends, late nights, on vacations and even on festive and national holidays. There will be absolutely no work life balance. This company is basically a Lala company. I’m not sure about other departments but managers in finance don’t even have basic skills to be a manager. Lacks professionalism! Senior manager doesn’t even know how things work in the process. So much micromanaging that affects the efficiency of work and mental health of the employees.
