Not a 9 to 6 job. Had multiple instances where i had to stay after midnight to work on projects. No incentives or bonuses are given for this extra work. Night shifts are given periodically which too has no extra incentive or pay.

Hikes every year and also a good performance will get you better hikes. Good mentors to guide you. Lots to learn for a fresher. Has a pantry.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance. Leaves above 2 days requires special permission from higher ups and sometimes gets questioned on doing so. The amount of senior engineers are less as of now.

Dislikes

No work life balance. And the senior management have no respect to the work employees put in. You will always have to work in different technologies rather than sticking on to one which is your domain. No employee benefits provided even if employees are told to stay for late night works.
