Tranxit has a healthy work environment, and the team leaders are really cool and help us in clarifying our doubts and guide us in taking every step towards building our career. It is a great place to sharpen your skills, along with growing as a person with a stable career. The entire team is efficient and passionate about their work, motivating you to give your best. I love the place a lot.

Tranxit has a nice Work Culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and the employees are appreciated for their work. The best part about working at Tranxit is you can never seize to learn here. The organization encourages knowledge sharing to a great extent,and we conduct team meetings once or twice a week to share the new learnings that we have acquired with the team. I joined as an intern in the organization, and became a full-time employee after the completion of my internship period. The senior persons in Tranxit are amiable and helped me learn everything about digital marketing . They gave me space to learn and implement the learnings in the work I do. I an forever grateful to the organization for letting me build a strong foundation for my career.

Hello there. I am writing this after working for 10 months here. The one thing i found great here which i did not find anywhere else is that work freedom does not depend upon the manager. The manager of previous companies I worked in was always interfering with our work place and freedom . We weren't allowed to work with our full liberty there. But here you can work as you like, you just need to finish your work .But of course, there will a lot of guidance from your colleagues and managers.
