Company policy is good about employees. No extra burden. Colleagues are good.

Dislikes

Company depends upon older employees those are worthless. They don't know how to manage the work. Company do not recognise new smart and dynamic employee. This attitude of company higher management will ruin the company. Rest of all are good but company have to change itself and it's policy time to time. Some worthless fellow taking huge salary.

The toxicity and personal attack I encountered was disheartening, impacting not only my professional performance but also my mental well-being. Constructive feedback was often replaced with negativity, and the lack of mutual respect made collaboration a struggle. HOD under whom I worked was very very Idiot and pathetic, and middle management in general is not good there except design head Office is in BKC, Mumbai, office infrastructure is very poor, low space-crowded sitting, always noise happen, which will disturb you if are not coming from similar place. Admin is third class just they knowhow to please top brass, Salary comes late 7th of next month No canteen facility Notice period is 3 month, probation 6 months, there is no fair systems of appraisals -performance review etc. Appraisal gets delayed happen yearly but by end of August and September, variable also gets credited in part/installment goes till October- November, including salary arrears. Avoid working in HO as overall culture is very bad, if you are coming from big companies/MNCs, Full & Final settlement gets delayed, takes 3-4 months, if you are leaving and they put on hold salary of all the months once they get notification about your resignation, so takes care while resigning....Read More
