As I was in execution, there is no work culture, poor work life balance, No proper management to look after the execution team and how work is going on, even some of us worked in peak COVID with cases in our families despite that we received paycuts for sundays even. In execution there are no skill development programs, although company as opened a learning platform but that's not for off roll employees what's more pathetic is the time of work but it's execution it is understandable that we have to work late but than working for 7 days somedays Day and Night you won't get leave of more than 4 days as you are off role and it doesn't matter how far is your home town....Read More
