The role was good. For me the work life balance was good.

The management is not good. There is no transparency or communication about what is happening within the team. Most of the time, we did not have any work. The HR department is not approachable, and the work timings are very strict. Also, we used to receive our salary late.

The toxicity and personal attack I encountered was disheartening, impacting not only my professional performance but also my mental well-being. Constructive feedback was often replaced with negativity, and the lack of mutual respect made collaboration a struggle.
