supporting higher officials in my PIU.

Dislikes

There is no Job security and incentives are very poor compare to any other PSU job holder who are recruited through GATE. We don't even getting medical facilities for depended family persons. Coming to bonus , there is no comparison from compare to Regular employees.

Company do nit provide any benefits to site engineer. Management force the site engineer to overlook the rules. Engineer is threaten by officer for suspension.

Dislikes

Overload, bad working time. Mostly site engineer spend 10AM to 7-8PM. Apart from that you will call from officer from morning 9AM to late night 10PM for progress or other details.

Site locations are very bad you have to carry food, water etc to site, you have to pass whole day under the tree. If you have no other option then only join rvnl

In starting my work location near the city then i faced little problem now work is at 70km from my location i have to up down daily. Salary is good but increments are less.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
