This organisation is not systematic at all. Managers are mostly railway retired with fake degrees who has no knowledge of civil engineering or managerial skills. Site Engineers are not taught anything or any courses in IRICEN PUNE unlike other reputed organizations.

Work Details

It is totally depends on luck. You won't be provided any accomodation, you have to arrange your shelter, food and all. If you are posted in a good city then it is fine otherwise life will be hell in backward places. In most places Sunday is holiday.

Rvnl is ghtiya company jo student ko job deta hai lekin ye contract ke aadhar pr jo student ke liye suicide se km nhi hai isliye student se niwedan krta hu is company ko join n kre .jb project pura ho jayega to aapko naukri se nikal dega uske bad student berojgar ghumegajb.

It was like 24×7 working hours,having no fixed duration and if concreting of any structure started,then you have to remain there even if it takes 2 days ,or 4 days
